Delete your data

What gets removed

• Your user profile, name, photo, and email address
• Trees you own (archived; if you transferred any to another user, they keep their copy)
• Your active Ichiba listings (unlisted; buyers in those threads get a system message)
• Draft Ichiba listings (hard deleted)
• Reminders you created
• Your username (released for future signups)

Messages you sent stay in the threads of the people you talked to, but they show as “Deleted user”. Encrypted backups roll off on a 30-day daily / 12-month monthly cadence and are not deleted on demand. After deletion, the same email can sign up again as a fresh account.
